Do I need ServiceTitan to use Inbound Intel?
ServiceTitan is how we attribute revenue automatically, but it isn’t required. You still get full call scoring, lead quality, and CSR coaching without it — and revenue can be entered manually or attributed from other sources.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are live within a few days. We connect your call tracking, ServiceTitan, and Google Ads for you and backfill recent history so you see value on day one.
Which lead sources do you support?
CallRail and WhatConverts for both calls and web forms, native Local Services Ads ingestion, and AI Estimator / ServiceEstimator forms — all flowing into one unified lead inbox.
Will this work for a multi-trade business?
Yes. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, remodeling, or all of the above — the analysis is vertical-aware and adapts to the services you actually offer.
Is my data secure and isolated?
Every client’s data is isolated server-side and access is scoped per tenant. External integrations use hashed, revocable API keys.
How much does it cost?

What counts as a “lead”?
A lead is one answered call we transcribe and analyze, or one non-spam web form. Spam, voicemail, missed, and sub-30-second calls are filtered out before any analysis happens, so they never count against your allotment or your bill.
What happens if I go over my included leads?
Nothing stops working. Extra leads are simply billed at your plan’s low per-lead rate ($0.25–$0.35), and you’ll see a heads-up in the app as you approach your allotment. We never cut off analysis mid-month for going over.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime as your lead volume changes. If you consistently run into overages, moving up a tier usually lowers your total. Just ask and we’ll switch it.
What happens after the free trial?
You get full functionality for 14 days with no cap. When it ends, you continue on whichever plan you picked — no surprise charges mid-trial, and you can cancel before it converts.
